Barnacle Boxes
This is a hand thrown ceramic stoneware piece done on a potter's wheel. They are hand detailed and covered by handmade barnacles in a natural pattern to invoke the feeling that it has been found at the bottom of the ocean just waiting to be discovered. There are even a couple hidden inside. It is almost as if found in a shipwreck. As a handmade and natural item each one slightly varies in shape and color making each one unique. They can be used for jewelry, salt, trinkets, treasures, teeth, eye patches, or even for sugar at your coffee station. These boxes are a beautiful enhancement to any room.
Dimensions: approx. 3 inches tall x 3.5 inches wide, sizes vary
The boxes are microwave and dishwasher safe, though handwashing is best. All of my glazes are safe and non-toxic.
